In order to be able to make the greatest possible contribution to your organisation, I ask three basic questions:

  1. What is your current situation? What works well at the company and what could be developed?
  2. How are you currently working with Question 1, and what is the plan for the future?
  3. What concrete improvements do you wish to see at your company after my work is done?

 

Regardless of whether you simply want an hour-long inspirational lecture or a two-day workshop and training, our work together begins with a conversation that provides an idea of the answers to the above questions. Depending on the situation, this can take place over the phone, via Zoom, or as an in-person meeting.

Follow up

During the workshops and team development sessions I hold while working with you, I will also conduct an on-the-fly analysis of the team. Patterns, behaviours, etc. that I notice during these sessions are not always possible to deal with then and there, but I reflect on and discuss these things in my report that you receive after the workshop.
This, in combination with concrete advice for continuing to work on different areas, ensures that my work is not a one-time measure but part of a long-term effort.
